Registration Fee payment-Credit card/PayPal
The online registration is available from May 10 to November 1, and the payment of advanced registration fees should be made by credit card or PayPal.
Participants who cannot use a credit card or PayPal for the payment should contact ISS2019 secretariat. Advanced registration will be closed at 11:59PM (Greenwich Mean Time) on Friday, November 1, 2019.
Abstract submission from who have not paid the corresponding registration fee by August 4 will be rejected.

**”National or public institutes” mean state-owned research institutes, research organizations aimed for public interest, or organizations that are run mainly by public funds, such as AIST (Japan), research institutes belonging to Chinese Academy of Sciences (China), Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (Korea), etc. “Universities” include private universities.
