Recent progress in development of the perspective superconductors, their semiproducts and materials for the superconducting cavities at SC “VNIINM”

At SC “VNIINM” the different R&Ds on LTS superconducting materials with required set of operating characteristics for various projects (FCC, PANDA, NICA, etc.) are carried out. Scientific projects on obtaining of the targets with different chemical composition for the buffer and superconducting layers deposition, on manufacture of the substrate tapes and on producing of the HTS tapes itself are performed. Manufacture regimes development of the niobium ingots and sheets with RRR > 300 for the SRF cavities is carried out.
In the paper the characteristics of the superconductors, their semiproducts and niobium material for the SRF cavities developed in SC “VNIINM” are reviewed. The ways of their future operational parameters upgrading are discussed.
