The National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (MagLab) has now commissioned a 32 T superconducting magnet using REBCO tape which is now serving the user community. We have also initiated the development of a 40 T all-superconducting magnet. Recent progress on these projects will be discussed, including the computation of screening current distributions in REBCO tapes of high field solenoids including the effect the rotation of the tape due to Lorenz forces.
