We have fabricated Re123 thin films with Ce and La added at the same time by the fluorine free metal organic deposition method (FF-MOD). Our previous study reveals that Ce doping is very effective for introduction of artificial pinning centers (APCs). In addition, La doping promotes crystallization and crystal growth of the superconducting phase. In this study by possessing both advantages, Ce 2.0 mol% and La 1.0 mol% co-doped Gd123 film achieved high critical current densities of 0.267 MA cm-2 at 1.0 T and 77.3 K improved by about 84% than non-doped film. We have investigated the optimum amount of Ce and La addition for further increaseof the critical current densities in magnetic fields.
